How much does installation cost?

There is no straightforward answer to this question as there are so many variables to consider such as floor size, site access, whether old flooring needs to be removed, does any repair work need to be carried out first, and more.

We do guarantee though that you'll be pleasantly surprised with our prices.

How long does it take to install?

Again, there's no way to know this before we inspect the site and measure up your space, but we can install most floors within 2-3 days.

Do you remove old flooring?

We can certainly help, however we may need to charge a minimal fee for the removal and disposal of existing flooring. We will discuss this with you during our on-site visit and quote.

What type of underlay do I need?

The type of underlay will vary depending on the type of floor you choose and where you live. For example, an apartment building may want an acoustic underlay to help with minimising noise. We can discuss underlay options with you and help you decide.

Can you purchase the floorboards on my behalf?

As part of our service to you, we can help you decide on the right flooring for your space and we can purchase it on your behalf. However, this does require an upfront payment to cover the cost of the flooring. Usually, we help customers pick the right flooring, they purchase it through their preferred supplier, and we can arrange transport and installation.
