Our Process

When it comes time to install your new floor, our simple process makes it easy for you make the right choice.

1. Contact and Discuss

First step is for you to reach out to us (you can find out more about how to contact Ultra Floor Care here) and we can have a chat around your needs and arrange an on-site consult.

2. On-Site Consult and Quote

Next, we'll come to you for an on-site inspection and to discuss your needs in more detail. During our visit we'll talk you through your flooring options and measure your space. We'll also identify any issues that need to be discussed with you (such as site access, removal of existing floor, or anything else that may impact the installation) so that you know exactly what is happening upfront - no nasty surprises later! 

From here we provide a formal quote for you to review, including possible start dates and estimated length of job. We'll also advise of any requirements that may need to be met, such as furniture removal or site access.

3. Approval

Like anything in life, we need your permission to start. Once approved we'll work with you to confirm a starting date.

4. Installation

Put your feet up while we get to work installing your new floor - simple!

5. Post-Installation Service

We take our work seriously, and always aim to provide the highest level of quality. So, if you aren't satisfied with our work or you feel something has gone wrong during the installation, contact us and we'll make a time to come by and inspect things. Should any further work be required we'll discuss these options with you.

You will have our full support once the job is completed.
